Kindly complete our Scope of Work (SOW) form and provide both your contact information and detailed information about your project and the services requested. Our team will review the submission and will provide you with a completed SOW containing the estimated costs and turnaround time for your final review and signature.

Turnaround will vary as it will be based on the size of your project and the services requested. Turnaround time is also determined by our management when reviewing the laboratory’s current workload schedule. If you have a project that needs to be completed in a specific timeframe, please specify this when completing our Scope of Work (SOW) form. Expedited projects will result in an additional fee and is only available if the current workload schedule allows for it.

Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to review and reply. The amount of information provided in the SOW will impact the ease of completing the SOW as well. If there is not enough information provided in the SOW, please understand that this will result in delays to providing a quote. Depending on the request, a conference call may need to be scheduled for further clarification.

Once the Scope of Work (SOW) form is completed and signed by both parties, you may either ship your samples, deliver them via courier, or personally drop them off during our normal business hours. Please place a copy of the signed SOW, a copy of the sample manifest, and a copy of your study protocol (if applicable) with your samples.
