I am looking for a quote. How much will my work cost?

Kindly complete our Scope of Work (SOW) form and provide both your contact information and detailed information about your project and the services requested. Our Client Services Coordinator will review the submission and will provide you with a completed SOW containing the estimated costs and turnaround time for your final review and signature.

What is your turnaround time to complete my project?

Turnaround will vary as it will be based on the size of your project and the services requested. Turnaround time is also determined by our management when reviewing the laboratory’s current workload schedule. Kindly complete our Scope of Work (SOW) form and provide both your contact information and detailed information about your project and the services requested. Our Client Services Coordinator will review the submission and will provide you with a completed SOW containing the estimated costs and turnaround time for your final review and signature.

Can you expedite my project?

If you have a project that needs to be completed in a specific timeframe, please specify this when completing our Scope of Work (SOW) form. Expedited projects will result in an additional fee and is only available if the current workload schedule allows for it.

How long will it take to receive my Scope of Work form back?

Please allow up to 2 business days for our Client Services Coordinator to review and reply. The amount of information provided in the SOW will impact the ease of completing the SOW as well. If there is not enough information provided in the SOW, please understand that this will result in delays to providing a quote. Depending on the request, a conference call may need to be scheduled for further clarification.

How can I send my samples?

Once the Scope of Work (SOW) form is completed and signed by both parties, you may either ship your samples, deliver them via courier, or personally drop them off during our normal business hours. Please place a copy of the signed SOW, a copy of the sample manifest, and a copy of your study protocol (if applicable) with your samples. Ensure the samples are securely with enough padding to prevent any spillage. Our address is:

How do you accept payment?
We accept payment by mailed check, ACH, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover). For assistance, please contact our Client Services Coordinator at 508-757-4800.
